    (evidence will be required: letter from Head of Training that you are on a recognised training scheme and not yet a consultant)

    Please note terms of payment: Your booking will not be confirmed until we have received a completed registration form and course payment.
    Cancellation of your registration will be refunded (minus a £50 administration fee) up until 6 weeks prior to the course commencing. If cancellation takes place within 6 weeks of the course taking place, the full course fee will be retained.

    Course cost - 260 GBP inclusive of 2 day course and social dinner on Thursday 27th June 2023
    Payment of the course fee will confirm your place. If you are requesting a 50% fee reduction as a trainee please email admin@efsumb.org with your evidence letter.
    Payment is available via PayPal - We will email a PayPal invoice as soon as we receive your registration details.
    If you cannot make payment via PayPal please contact admin@efsumb.org to obtain BACS details to make a bank transfer instead. Your place on the course will not be confirmed until receipt of payment has been confirmed.
