EUROSON SCHOOL: How to Incorporate CEUS into Your Imaging Practice

The organizers of the course wish to invite you to participate in a 2-day concentration of experience and education in the exciting field of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) for adults.

The course will take place at the Windsor Walk Lecture Theatre, Fetal Medicine Research Institute, within easy connection to central London. Two day fee includes two day course and dinner on Wednesday 18th June at Palm Court for regular delegate and trainees/sonographers registrations. We are also offering individual day tickets and a favorable rate for medical students (dinner tickets can be bought for a supplementary price of £60 for 3 courses including wine for single day and medical student registrations) It does not include accommodation but in the registration link you will find suggestions of local hotels.

    Please select which registration you require. (For Trainee/Sonographer & Student registrations evidence will be required prior to confirming place: letter from Head of Training that you are on a recognised training scheme and not yet a consultant)

    I wish to attend the dinner on Wednesday 18th June 2023 - This is free for Regular & Trainee delegates who are registering for both days. Single day registrations and Medical Student registrations will be required to pay £60 for a 3 course meal including wine at Palm Court.

    Please note terms of payment: Your booking will not be confirmed until we have received a completed registration form and course payment.
    Cancellation of your registration will be refunded (minus a £50 administration fee) up until 6 weeks prior to the course commencing. If cancellation takes place within 6 weeks of the course taking place, the full course fee will be retained.

    • PAYMENT

    Payment of the course fee will confirm your place. If you are requesting a fee reduction as a medical student/trainee/sonographer please email webadmininstrator@efsumb.org with your evidence letter.
    Payment is available via PayPal - We will email a PayPal invoice as soon as we receive your registration details.
    If you cannot make payment via PayPal please contact webadministrator@efsumb.org to obtain BACS details to make a bank transfer instead. Your place on the course will not be confirmed until receipt of payment has been confirmed.
