TITLE: Acute on Chronic Pancreatitis, Gallstone inside the Pancreatic Duct
DESCRIPTION:
A 57-year-old patient with history of alcohol intake was admitted in the Gastroenterology department with acute pancreatitis. When ultrasound was performed, we depicted a dilated pancreatic duct with a hyperechoic image inside the PD corresponding to a PD stone.
