TITLE: Mirizzi syndrome
DESCRIPTION:
An 49-year-old patient was referred for jaundice and epigastric pain with acute onset. An infundibular impacted gallstone that compresses the CBD thus producing obstructive jaundice,was revealed by standard ultrasound.
