TITLE: Ulcerative colitis-descending colon
DESCRIPTION:
A patient with bloody diarrhea and abdominal pain was sent to our department for a checkup. Abdominal ultrasound was performed and depicted a wall thickening of the descending colon and the loss of the multi layer pattern. Later on colonoscopy with biopsy was performed that proved the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis of the descending colon.
