TITLE: Ascites and Pleural Effusion in a cirrhotic patient
DESCRIPTION:
A patient with a history of decompensated liver cirrhosis presented himself into the emergency room for dyspnea and abdominal distension. At standard ultrasound we can see fluid (anechoic structure) inside the abdomen (ascites)and inside the thorax (pleural effusion).
