51st annual meeting of the Danish Society of Diagnostic Ultrasound (DSDU)

The theme focuses on advanced ultrasound-guided interventions and microvascular diagnostic techniques. There will be sessions on Focused Ultrasound (FUS) as a non-invasive, image-guided surgical technology, as well as ultrasound-guided tumor ablation techniques. Furthermore, sessions will be held on advanced microvascular and 3D imaging.

The guest speaker will be Jae Young Lee, MD, PhD, who is a Professor in the Department of Radiology at Seoul National University (SNU), South Korea. Professor Lee has developed and published a novel technique combining chemotherapy and focused ultrasound for the treatment of unresectable pancreatic cancer, with a special interest in contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) and microvascular imaging.
