TITLE: Focal steatosis
DESCRIPTION:
A 58 year-old woman undergoes an abdominal ultrasound. Hepatomegaly and steatosis are observed with a hypoechoic lesion of 14 milimetres in the right hepatic lobe. We administer 1.2 ml of intravenous Sonovue. Homogeneus uptake occurs in the hepatic parenchyma, without washout.
