A 67 year old male presented to the gastroenterology clinic with continous vague pain in the upper abdomen for the past 3 months with no other history of chronic disease, weight loss or gastrointestinal bleeding. Conventional ultrasound revealed multiple space-occupying lesions in the liver. The patient underwent CEUS as a first-level investigation for the characterisation of the liver lesions.
