Correct! Focal nodular hyperplasia

In this case, focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) appears as a nearly isoechoic mass with a characteristic central scar and displacement of peripheral vasculature on color Doppler examination (”spokewheel vascularity”).

In early arterial phase of CEUS, FNH will be hyperenhanced as compared to the liver background, whilst typical FNH shows early arterial centrifugal filling. In portal venous phase, FNH shows sustained enhancement with an unenhanced scar.
