Case: A 19 years old male with pain and swelling in right testicle region, with no history of trauma.
Ultrasound findings – edematous, heterogeneous right testis and epididymis with hypoechoic regions. No flow on color and power Doppler in both the testis and epididymis. Reactive hydrocele.
Left testis and epididymis: normal size, echopattern and flow.
